Maria Full Of Grace

Maria is a seventeen year old girl from Columbia, where she works in a flower shop. Her family is short on money and she has no way to hold up her end of their expenses. She meets this guy at a party who offers her a job smuggling drugs into the states. She accepts, only because she needs the money. But she is pregnant so she wouldn't be able to do the job. She lies and says she is eighteen and no health issues.

This movie is about two young afghan men wanting to sing on the big stage. Rafi, and Hameed the two young men in the movie, their goal is to become the nations best singer. This is also a chance for other people to showcase there talents.

Please vote for me takes place in China at an elementary school. There are are three kids running to be there class monitor. Two boys and a girl. They took shots at each other trying to help themselves win by messing with each other while the other was giving a speech or doing a performance. The kids parents do whatever they can to help their child, because doing well is very important to the chinese, only because they are only aloud one child every family. In the end once the voting is over, the other two kids are very upset because they did not win. But the results are not what is important. What is important is the experience. 

Mongolian ping pong

In the movie Mongolian Ping Pong a young boy discovers a ping pong ball floating down the river while getting water for his family. At first he thinks it is a glowing pearl, and that it came from the spirits. He shows everyone what he has found and they all think it a pearl too or they don't know what it is. Except for his grandmother, who tells him it is a gift from the heavens and that the individual who finds it will have good fortune. When he finds out it is ping pong ball and that it is a national ball, he tries to figure out what ping pong is. In the end he walks into a room full of ping pong players.

The Weeping Camel

The story the weeping camel is about a mom camel who's baby calf she wants nothing to do with. Their owner try to have the mom feed the baby but she will not. So what they did was the came up with a way to take milk from the mom to give to the baby camel. The family in the movie in very religious. The whole point in this movie is to get the camel reunited with its baby calf. To do so the two kids go to find a musician.
